📹 What should have been an ordinary day at the gym ended in tragedy in Londrina, Paraná, Brazil. David Schmidt Prado, 37, was attacked by Lucas Wancler Ferreira dos Santos, 30, who ambushed him in the parking lot on January 5. 🔪 There, he stabbed him four times before the victim tried to flee inside the gym, where he was stabbed again. 🔫 An off-duty military police officer who was training at the gym drew his weapon to subdue the attacker and prevent further attacks. The Integrated Emergency Trauma Care Service (SIATE) arrived at the gym, but David did not survive his injuries and died. 👉 The police's main hypothesis is that the attack was motivated by jealousy, as the victim was in a relationship with the attacker's ex-partner. David leaves behind a 6-year-old son. Authorities are investigating whether there were prior threats or if the attack was premeditated.
