Local residents from Nattalin Township, Bago Region, reported that junta aircraft bombed Tel Lay Village, where internally displaced civilians were sheltering, killing four women, among them a 12-year-old girl.

According to witnesses, at around 12:24 p.m. on December 31, junta fighter jets dropped bombs on makeshift shelters housing displaced people in Tel Lay Village, Nattalin Township.
