A spokesperson from Battalion No. 4 under Pakokku District Command said that junta aircraft bombed several villages in Seikphyu Township, Magway Region, using Y-12 and gyrocopter aircraft, dropping more than 50 bombs and destroying 17 civilian homes.

According to reports, at about 6:40 p.m. and again at 7:30 p.m. on December 30, a Y-12 aircraft flown from the Magway Air Base carried out airstrikes on four villages — Leik Kyan, Thaphan Tone, Anauk Kan Twin, and Ye Pot — in Seikphyu Township. While no civilian deaths or injuries were reported, 17 civilian houses were damaged by bomb blasts.
