On January 4, Security Forces (SFs) recovered arms and ammunition, including 24 rounds of AK-47 ammunition of Pakistani origin in rusted condition and two hand grenades during a joint search operation in the Suchliwaran forest area of Baramulla District in Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports Daily Excelsior. Other recovered items included a steel canister containing food material, medicines, a wireless antenna, tools, clothing, blankets, utensils and other daily-use articles. Approximately one kilogram of rotten dates was also recovered from the hideout. Officials reported that no casualties were sustained during the operation.
