On January 4, Taliban’s Director of Ushr and Zakat of Faizabad District, identified as Qari Hakimullah Arab was killed in a shooting carried out by unknown gunmen in the 40-Meter Road in Aqcha District of Jowzjan Province, reports Hahst-e Subh. Mawlawi Kefayatullah Sadaqat, Taliban’s Police Chief in Aqcha District, has confirmed the incident.
