Early this morning in Villaflores, Chiapas, armed assailants set fire to two bars, injuring four women with burns. The attacks, attributed to organized crime amid ongoing cartel disputes, also damaged three vehicles parked outside one of the establishments. Authorities have launched an investigation, though details remain limited. Note: Reports vary on the exact number of injured (three or four) and do not confirm kidnappings. Some unverified accounts mention the bar owner being unaccounted for, and recent narco-banners in the area point to tensions between rival groups.
