On March 23 2019, an Israeli aircraft attacked two Hamas observation posts in Al-Awda refugee camp, east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip. The attack came in retaliation to the increased amount of crude explosives and Molotov cocktails fired towards Israel. Three injuries were reported.
