On New Year’s Eve, a 22-year-old Turkish citizen was killed, while a 23-year-old from the same country was severely injured, i.e. stabbed with a knife in Skopje’s Old Bazaar, Interior Minister Toshkovski said on Thursday.

The murder and injury took place during a mass fight between foreign citizens outside a hospitality venue at around 1 a.m. A foreign citizen who is at large is a suspect.

Also, a two-year-old kid is fighting for its life at the Clinical Centre in Skopje. It was admitted at 3 a.m. with a perforating head wound. Most likely, it’s about a stray bullet case.
