On December 30, unidentified gunmen killed a man, identified as Dadi Khuda Qorbani, in the village of Anawi Qondoz, of Warsaj District in Takhar Province, reports Hasht-e Subh. The motive behind the killing remains unknown, the sources added. This comes despite Taliban’s claims of having ensured security, as reports of mysterious killings and similar incidents of insecurity have continued to emerge in recent months.
