Six terrorists and one civilian were killed while 19 others including three Police personnel, five children, and one woman sustained injuries during an exchange of fire with Security Forces (SFs) following Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) attack in Takhti Khail area under the jurisdiction of Saraye Norang Police Station in Lakki Marwat District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on December 26, reports ARY News. Regional Police Officer (RPO) Sajjad Khan confirmed that six terrorists were killed during the retaliatory action. He further noted that the operation is ongoing, with both Bannu and Lakki Marwat Police forces participating in the clearance efforts. A senior TTP ‘commander’, Nusrat Wazir, was killed during the operation, adds The Khorasan Diary.
