On December 23, Manipur Police arrested two persons identified as Thingujam Suresh Singh (40) alias Bimol alias Ibohanbi and Moirangthem Dayamoi (39) for possession of illegal arms and ammunition from an area under Porompat Police Station in Imphal East District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. One .32 pistol along with a magazine loaded with a round and one Baofeng hand held set along with its charger were recovered from their possession.
