On December 20, three Security Force (SF) personnel were killed and three others injured in an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) explosion near their vehicle in the Barkambakhel area of Khyber District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP), reports The Khorasan Diary. The blast targeted a security vehicle, causing fatalities on the spot and leaving several personnel injured. The injured were shifted to a nearby medical facility for treatment. SFs cordoned off the area and launched an investigation to identify those responsible for the attack. No claim of responsibility was reported till the filing of this report.
