On December 19, an intense clash broke out between Pakistani security forces and armed assailants in the Parwar Chirchehri area in Mashkay in Awaran District of Balochistan, reports The Balochistan Post. Local sources confirmed that the Pakistani forces suffered losses in both personnel and equipment, though official figures have not yet been confirmed. Hitherto, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack.
