On December 19, an old rusted mortar shell was recovered along the roadside in Dhanwa Jardi village of Pouni tehsil (revenue unit) in Hanuman Mandir in Reasi District of Jammu and Kashmir (J&K), reports, Greater Kashmir. The Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) team safely destroyed the mortar shell. No loss of life or damage to property was reported during the operation.
