On December 16, at least 20 leaders and activists of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) and Jamaat-e-Islami (JeI) were injured in a violent clash during a Victory Day programme in Daulatkhan Upazila Stadium of Bhola District, reports Prothom Alo. At the appointed time, the Chief and Secretary of the Daulat Khan Upazila branch of JeI sat. After a while, BNP leaders and activists came there and called the JeI leaders 'Razakar'. This led to an argument and then a fight. Both sides got involved in throwing chairs, and the incident turned into a clash.
