Our forces provide conclusive evidence that the source of the missile fire on the Al-Jamiliya and Al-Razi neighborhoods is the Damascus government. Confirmed field data, leaving no room for doubt, establishes that factions loyal to the Damascus government carried out the shelling of the residential building in the Al-Jamiliya neighborhood of Aleppo. This is based on the identical location and direction of the attack. It has been definitively proven that the shelling originated from positions belonging to these factions, specifically located in the area of the Military Court. The artillery positions at the well-known "Computer Annex" in Aleppo have also been documented. Furthermore, the angle and orientation of the targeted building are completely opposite to the direction of the Sheikh Maqsoud area, facing the University and Al-Rashidin districts, which are under the control of the Damascus government. This completely refutes any attempt to link the shelling to those areas, according to military and field logic. A live broadcast by a media outlet documents the moment the shell was launched. The sound of the launch was followed only a second later by the sound of the impact, a time difference that definitively establishes that the source of the shelling was no more than 400 meters from the target, i.e., from the artillery position at the "Computer Annex" belonging to the Damascus factions. Regarding the shelling of al-Razi Hospital Street, the same data confirms that the shells were launched from positions belonging to the Military Police, based on the firing directions and impact locations, which correspond to their deployment points within the city. This consistent field evidence directly implicates the Damascus government factions and exposes their blatant attempts to fabricate misleading narratives and blame our forces to evade responsibility. Furthermore, video footage clearly documents the shelling of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods by Damascus government-affiliated factions using artillery and tanks, resulting in the death of one civilian and injuries to 19 others, in addition to the destruction of several homes.
