Around 21 November 2025 (as reported), the Nigerian troops from 4 Demo Battalion and 11 Field Engineer Regiment clashed with a Kaduna militia in Gobarawa and Nachibi, coded to Nachibi, also called Ungwar Nacibi in Saulawa Ward (Birnin Gwari, Kaduna). The militia fled an illegal mining site at Fatika junction along the Dogon Dawa-Old Kuyello road after spotting the troops. The troops recovered two abandoned motorcycles. There were no casualties.
