On 19 November 2025, individuals suspected of being from both the NAS and SPLM/A-IO groups clashed with local youth (coded as Torit communal militia) in the Ifwotu area of Ifwotu Payam (location coded to Gong, the nearest known location in Torit County, Eastern Equatoria State), resulting in 1 injury, a local youth. The suspected NAS/SPLM/A-IO members were repulsed and are believed to have been involved in the 18 November incidents in Torit (coded separately). The incidents created tension in the area.
