On 19 November 2025, for the second day, suspected ENDF clashed with Fano near Tekulesh (Raya Kobo, North Wello, Amhara). The ENDF mobilized its forces from Chobe and Tekulesh to clash with Fano. Fano accused the ENDF of using heavy artillery (type unknown) during the clash, killing civilians (fatalities uncorroborated), killing cattle, and burning farmers' homes. An unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3, split across the two dates and coded as 1 for this event.
