On 19 November 2025, Fano ambushed ENDF, Amhara regional riot police, and the Kebele militia at Morgaji in Dabat Wereda (location coded to admin center Dabat, Dabat town, North Gondar, Amhara), leading to the killings and injuries of forces on both sides. The clash began when Fano attacked government security forces returning to Dabat town after clashes with Fano in Ajire Janora (coded separately). Unspecified number of fatalities coded as 3.
