On 19 November 2025, in the evening, armed militants (likely JNIM, based on location) attacked a group of traders between Kossouka and Rambo, coded to Inou (Kossouka, Yatenga, Nord), a midpoint on the road between the two locations. 1 trader was injured, and several were missing. There were no fatalities.
