On 18 November 2025, in Hlegu town (Hlegu township, Yangon-North district, Yangon region), a combined force of the Yangon Army and the People's Defence Force Western District Yangon (PaKaPha) hurled 2 hand grenades into the Za Yat Kwin ward administration office at around 6:00 pm while there was a meeting inside for allegedly pressuring the locals to attaend election campaigns and collecting conscription fees. 2 members of the Pyu Saw Htee were injured.
