On 18 November 2025, Ukrainian forces fired 4 ATACMS ballistic missiles at the city of Voronezh. No casualties. According to the Russian officials, 1 elder care facility, 1 foster home, and 1 house were damaged by the debris. The Russian MoD stated that all of the missiles were intercepted by 'Pantsyr' and S-400 air defense systems. Ukrainian military officials confirmed ATACMS strikes, and stated that military objects were targeted, without specifying the region. Butirlinovka (Baltimor) military airfield and Pogonovo training grounds are located in the area, and might have been possible targets, however it is unknown whether the missiles successfully reached them.
