On 18 November 2025, the Dabbashi clan militia and Essam Al-Ghoul's militia clashed near the Palm Island area in central Sabratha (An Nuqat al Khams, West) for unspecified reasons. Casualties unknown. The same militias also clashed on 18 October (coded separately) after the Dabbashi clan militia abducted the brother of Essam Al-Ghoul, who is a former militant suspected of having previously been affiliated with the Dabbashi clan before aligning with Radaa. Following his realignment with Radaa, Al-Ghoul started carrying out arrests and raids against rival militias in Sabratha.
