On 17 November 2025, Baloch gunmen exchanged fire with IRGC forces that raided a house in Mazai Street in Zahedan (Sistan and Baluchestan). Police and intelligence forces also joined the operation. 4 gunmen were killed in the clash. Local police issued a statement claiming the victims were foreign nationals and armed robbers, but local Baluch sources identified the names of victims, saying they were all local Iranian citizens.
