On 17 November 2025, in Santiago de Cali - Comuna 13 (Valle del Cauca), unidentified individuals on a motorcycle hurled a low-powered explosive device at the Charco Azul police outpost. The blast injured a dog and caused material damage to the police station. There were no casualties.
