On 17 November 2025, in Natal (Rio Grande do Norte), military police officers exchanged fire with unidentified armed suspects in the Mae Luiza neighborhood. The officers were conducting an operation against armed groups in the region when the clash took place. The suspects escaped. Since 13 October, seven suspects were arrested in the region. There were no casualties.
