On 16 November 2025, in Kyoet Pin Waing village (Paukkhaung township, Pyay district, Bago-West region), the Myanmar military launched airstrikes by dropping two bombs and fired three artillery rounds at a wedding at about 9 am. A civilian (a 35-year-old pregnant woman) was killed, and a 42-year-old man sustained injuries in the head. Some houses were also damaged.
