Grenade event in Manipur, Loitang Sandum Hill Range, Imphal West District area, India on Wed 3rd December 2025

On December 3, Police recovered a cache of arms and ammunitions from Loitang Sandum Hill Range under Sekmai Police Station (PS), Imphal West District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. The recovery included one .303 Rifle along with two magazines, one Double Barrel Gun, one Single Barrel Gun, one 9 mm pistol along with one magazine, one No.36 HE grenade without detonator, 118 ammunition rounds of different calibers, eight detonators, three tube-launchings, eight magazines of different arms, one .303 Rifle's foresight assembly, four BAOFENG hand-held sets, one patka helmet, and two BP vests.
