Burkina Faso – JNIM carried out two offensive actions against VDP positions within two days.

🔵 On December 4, in the North region, JNIM seized control of a VDP post in Dougouri, a town located in Yatenga province, according to local sources.

The previous day, December 3, another attack targeted a VDP checkpoint in the Fada N'Gourma area of the East region, also claimed by JNIM.

These incidents are part of a broader context of intense pressure exerted by terrorist groups on the security forces and civilian populations in several regions of Burkina Faso.
