SAA event in Mexico on Thu 20th November 2025

Three armed subjects provoked an intense security mobilization on Thursday morning in the Infonavit Humaya sector, in Culiacán, after abandoning a luxury vehicle and stripping another to escape. According to the first reports, the men left a white Audi without plates on one of the streets of the subdivision and, upon being detected, intercepted a young woman driving a dark gray Kia. The victim was at the scene and pointed out that the individuals threatened her to force her to hand over the car. Elements of the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) arrived immediately and maintain an operation in the area to secure it and to gather information that could help locate those responsible. So far, there are no arrests or reports of injuries.
