Last night, 500 kV substation “Shakhty” in the hamlet of Kireevka (Oktyabrsky District, Rostov region) was struck. This substation supplies major power flows across southern Russia, linking the Rostov grid, the central part of the Southern power system, and routes supplying energy to Donbas and Voronezh regions.
