With reference to the overflight of the airspace of the Republic of Moldova by aircraft on the night of November 19, the Ministry of Defense communicates the following: that following the exchange of information with partners from Ukraine and Romania, the overflight of the national airspace by a drone was confirmed.

Thus, the aircraft crossed the airspace of the Republic of Moldova in the time interval 03.22-03.35 from the direction of the village of Lesnaia (Ukraine) towards Moldova, at an altitude of approximately 100 m.

The drone was not detected by airspace monitoring systems due to the low flight altitude.
