SAA event in Lebanon on Sat 29th November 2025

The army continues its pursuit of criminals and those who disrupt security. In this context, the Directorate of Military Intelligence conducted a raid in the Sin el-Fil area of ​​Beirut and arrested two foreign domestic workers for stealing a large sum of money, jewelry, two pistols, and ammunition from a citizen's home.

Another patrol from the Directorate arrested a citizen, identified as (A.Y.), in the Nweiri area of ​​Beirut after a video circulated on social media showing him firing a weapon into the air in the company of several other people. 

Additionally, a patrol from the Directorate arrested a Syrian national, (M.D.), in the Khaldeh area for trafficking in military weapons and seized three weapons in his possession.

The seized items were handed over, and an investigation was launched with the detainees under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
