Geolocation of the site of the truck that terrorist used to transport the “tatucos” for the attack against a Colombian military base in Tunja, Boyaca Department, Colombia earlier today.

Based on the CCTV footage it appears that two volleys were fired at the military base. Below is a photo being circulated of the truck w/ 24 “tatucos” noted in the back. It’s unclear if this attack was perpetrated by ELN or FARC dissidents, both have carried out similar attacks.
