Armed confrontations broke out on Sunday in Hadramout between forces affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council (STC) against Tribal Forces loyal to the Hadramout Tribal Alliance. Local sources indicated the fighting commenced this evening between the STC's "Security Support" units and the tribal component's "Hadramout Protection" forces. The clashes reportedly escalated following an STC attempt to advance toward crucial oil fields. Online footage and activist reports suggest the fighting involved STC forces led by Abu Ali Al-Hadhrami and tribal contingents aligned with Sheikh Amr bin Habrish. Military tension remains high, with sources confirming the arrival of additional military reinforcements into Al-Aleeb and Ghayl bin Yameen areas earlier today. #Yemen
