SBU naval drones struck two sanctioned Russian “shadow fleet” oil tankers — KAIRO and VIRAT — in the Black Sea. The operation was carried out jointly by the SBU’s 13th Military Counterintelligence Directorate and the Ukrainian Navy. Video from the strike shows both tankers sustaining critical damage and effectively being put out of service.
