During an operation on November 15, 2025, in the Estela Ortiz de Toledo neighborhood, the State Preventive Police, Mexican Army, National Guard, Navy (SEMAR), State Secretariat of Public Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC), Attorney General's Office (FGR), and State Attorney General's Office (FGE) arrested two armed men. The intervention took place after a man was spotted near a pickup truck. He attempted to flee but was apprehended, while the second individual was arrested inside the vehicle.

Details of the seized items: 2 AK-47 rifles, 7.62x39 mm caliber, 7 magazines, 1 ballistic helmet, 1 ballistic vest with two plates, the pickup truck used by the detainees.
