On 23 May 2019, regime warplanes carried out airstrikes on civilian houses in the town of Kafr Nobol in Idleb, while regime ground forces fired artillery which killed 3 civilians and injured 11 others including 1 child and 5 women. The airstrikes impacted Abu Bakr al Siddiq Primary School, the first health care center and al Baraka Bakery, partially damaging the facilities' building. Total fatalities coded as 3.
