SAA event in Mexico on Wed 5th November 2025

At dawn this morning, a violent incident was recorded in the municipality of Acolman, State of Mexico, where the YouTuber known as “El Custodio” attacked three people and left a greater legacy in the colony of Real del Valle.

After the attack, the content creator, identified as Roberto Carlos and security guard, carried out a live broadcast on his YouTube channel, where he justified his actions by claiming that he defended himself from a supposed invasion of his home.

The attacks occurred on the streets Valle de Umán and Valle de Odisea, where the attacker was recorded opening fire against four people. In his live, “El Custodio” declared:

"Hola, my name is Roberto Carlos, El Custodio on YouTube. You had to defend me, since these people were house invaders and threatened to kill me and invade my house; I had been in this situation for a few years now. I had to apply self-defense; I regret it, but that's how it is. This is what passes for invading people."

Municipal police arrived there, where they were surrounded by 40 ballistic elements and the bodies of three people: men and women.

Two of the fatal victims were a marriage between spouses, the victims of the aggressor who lived on the same street.

The third victim was a taquero who worked right in front of the attacker's residence, who, after witnessing the attack, tried to stop him with a machete, but was caught by the shots, losing his life.

The person who was injured was transferred to a hospital to receive medical attention.

Relatives of the deceased revealed that several complaints had been filed against “El Custodio” for previous attacks with a firearm, but they regretted that the authorities did not provide support.

They complained that neither the municipal nor the state police intervened to detain the subject during the attack.

Personal de la Fiscalía General de Justicia del Estado de México (FGJEM) came to the place to start the investigations and carry out the survey of the bodies.

The authorities will be able to determine if the aggression was due to a vecinal lawsuit or if the victims were really invaders, according to the allegations of “El Custodio”.
