On 20 November 2025, in Yae Poe Sar village (coded as Chaung-U) (Chaung-U township, Monywa district, Sagaing region), the combined troops of the PENTAGRAM (Five-Pointed Star) and the Spring Youth People's Defence Force attacked a column of more than 50 Myanmar military soldiers that entered the Yae Poe Sar monastery on the Mandalay - Monywa road with five mines around 11:30 am. 7 military soldiers were killed.
