SAA event in Mexico on Tue 18th November 2025

An armed attack recorded on November 17, 2025 in Culiacán, Sinaloa, left one woman dead and two people injured by gunshots.Event coverage The attack was perpetrated against a private vehicle that was circulating on the Airport Road, at the height of the Bachigualato sector, the State Public Security Secretariat (SSP) of Sinaloa reported that Sicarios fired shots at the car, also damaging two additional vehicles in the incident. The state agency detailed that the woman, whose identity or age was not provided, was among the injured, after the aggression, managed to lead her unit to the military center located in front of the facilities of the Internment Center for Adolescents. Although military personnel immediately gave him first aid, the victim lost his life on the spot due to the injuries. After the events, the Interinstitutional Group, in coordination with the emergency forces, quickly deployed on the Airport Road to help the two people who were injured on the site and to begin the search for those responsible for the attack. The SSP of Sinaloa has not revealed the names or ages of the victims, nor has it reported on the state of health of the two injured people. Finally, the Ministry of Public Security called on citizens to circulate with extreme caution in the area and to follow the recommendations of the authorities while the corresponding investigations and operations are carried out.
