The head of the Public Road of Chilpancingo, Luis Alberto Rueda Maldonado, was shot dead on Wednesday morning while driving his car in the El Tomatal neighborhood. The violence shook Chilpancingo, Guerrero, again after the murder of Luis Alberto Rueda Maldonado, head of Public Road of the City Council, who was shot while on his way to work. Despite receiving medical attention, he died hours later in a hospital.
