Rio – A suspect was arrested in the early afternoon of Friday (14), shortly after killing a man in Anil, Jacarepaguá, in the Southwest Zone. The arrest was the result of a joint operation between the Military and Civil Police.

According to the Military Police, officers from the 18th Military Police Battalion (Jacarepaguá) located the shooter in a residence on Araticum Street, near the crime scene. The team seized a rifle and a grenade from him. The Capital Homicide Division (DHC) is investigating the case.
