An official from the Rural Community Welfare Group told Shwe Fi Land that at least 5 civilians were killed in a bomb attack by the military council in Myaing Township, Magway Region.

Today, November 20, at around 12 o'clock in the morning, the military council army attacked with a jet fighter into Kangyi village in Myaing township.

An official from the Rural Community Welfare Group "dropped a jet fighter and two pound bombs. It's past 12am and drop off when I'm sleepy. The deceased will include children. The ladies will be included. There are some senior sections too. The village center just dropped right on the house. Most of the losses are the most affected. It says ".

The alleged bombing has killed 5 civilians including a child, injured at least 15 and damaged 15 houses.

Since last November 3, military council troops have been raiding Myaing township and have been burning and destroying local villages as well as killing locals.
