On November 20, Manipur Police arrested three active cadres of Revolutionary People’s Front/People’s Liberation Army (RPF/PLA) identified as Maibam Vishal @ Thoithoiba (26), Soyam Bungo Meitei (40) and Nongthongbam Sanajaoba Singh (40) from Keishampat Thouda Bhabok Leikai under Imphal-Police Station in Imphal West District of Manipur, reports Manipur Police on X. They were involved in extortion activities. One .32 pistol loaded with 6 live rounds and documents related to RPF/PLA Finance Department were recovered from their possession.
