Punjab Police on November 18 arrested two alleged shooters involved in the November 15 killing of Naveen Arora, son of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) leader Baldev Raj Arora, in Ferozepur District of Punjab, reports The Tribune. Naveen was shot dead by two unidentified assailants while returning home. Police stated that the motive remains unclear. However, a letter attributed to the “Sher-e-Punjab” Brigade, allegedly issued by ‘commander’ Paramjit Singh, claimed responsibility for the attack. Police have not confirmed the authenticity of the letter and continue investigations.
