On November 17, Intelligence Department (DB) of the Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) arrested three people identified as Jahangir Alam Titu (36), Abdur Razzak Shanu (38) and Md. Mamun (37) with three foreign pistols in an operation in the Kadamtali area of ??Old Dhaka in Dhaka, reports prothomalo.com. During this operation, three foreign pistols, three magazines, 60 bullets, 800 Yaba pills and 8.5 kg of marijuana were recovered from arrestees. At a press conference, Deputy Police Commissioner of DB Ramna Division Amir Khasru said, "The three arrested are known as terrorists and drug dealers in the area. They used these weapons to control the drug trade and carry out terrorist activities. 800 Yaba pills and 8.5 kg of marijuana have been recovered from their hideout."
