On November 15, armed Kutchi tribesmen, accompanied by Taliban members shot and killed a man, identified as Nowroz, in Qutu village of Daimirdad District in Maidan Wardak Province, reports Hasht-e Subh. Sources also claim that similar attacks by armed Kuchi groups over the past two decades have led to the displacement of many residents of Qutu village.Taliban have reportedly instructed residents not to publicize the incident.
