The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) killed one terrorist during an operation in Banda Daud Shah area of Karak District in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on the night of November 13, reports Dawn. District Police spokesman Shaukatullah said CTD personnel were conducting an operation in the mountainous region when they came across a group of terrorists. An exchange of fire ensued, with the terrorists using light and heavy weapons. After the firing stopped, CTD personnel searched the area and found the body of a terrorist identified as Suleman alias Akram, a resident of Kohat. He was wanted in several terrorism cases, including attacks on Sui Natural Gas Pipeline Limited (SNGPL) installations.
